When waiting for a passenger at the pick-up point, you have to wait for a minimum of 5 minutes to be eligible for cancellation compensation (cancellation fee).

Once you’ve arrived, you must call the passenger to let them know you’re there.

If after 5 minutes (starting from the moment you arrived) there is still no passenger, you may cancel the trip.

You’ll receive cancellation compensation on your next invoice summary.
